Online and phone estimates are based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed final prices. A technician will confirm pricing after an on-site inspection when needed. Diagnostic fees, trip charges, and material costs may apply and will be disclosed before work begins. All pricing is subject to change without notice unless locked in writing.

We schedule appointments in good faith. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a missed-appointment fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or technician availability.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing. Financing is provided through third-party partners and is subject to their credit approval and terms. Past-due accounts may be referred to collections and are subject to applicable late fees.

Momentum Overhead Doors stands behind its work with a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service and product; your technician or invoice will provide the specific warranty that applies. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Overhead Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
